Students in the final year of a Master’s degree or recent graduates in relevant fields.
Schools must be recognized as Church or Independent Schools in Malta.
Projects must relate to capital expenditure

Persons liable to tax in Malta and who commenced a course of studies. Individual must be 16 years of age or over and the course commencement date shall be the date established in an acceptance letter or official communication issued by the Education Service Provider.
Must pursue a qualification at MQF Level 3 or higher; non-MQF level-rated specialised training evaluated case-by-case; qualification granted on merit via assessment; non-eligible costs include conferences, SEC/MATSEC, ECDL.
Maltese, EU citizens and TCNs granted long term residence status
Applicants must be pursuing accredited MQF level 5–8 courses or internationally recognized certificates, available for full-time and part-time study
