Host VOs: enrolled & compliant with Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations; responsible for training, monitoring and safe environment. Youth volunteers: aged 16‑30, Maltese nationals/residents, not previously affiliated with host VO.

Application requirements:
VO submits Host Application form (open Jan–Nov) ≥1 month before start; youth bridged via database; host & youth sign contracts; monthly attendance & stipend process.
