Registered Voluntary Organizations compliant with the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organizations. Must not have an active Public Social Partnership (PSP).
Registered & OCVO‑compliant VOs. Projects must improve quality of life via accessibility, inclusive activities, reduction of social inequalities, support for vulnerable groups, etc. One grant per VO per calendar year.
Application requirements:
E‑application via vofunding.org.mt; include detailed budget in € and at least three quotations for each expense > €100; applications considered throughout 2025 until funds are exhausted.
Registered Voluntary Organizations compliant with the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organizations. Must not have an active Public Social Partnership (PSP).
Applicants must be non-Government, non-profit voluntary organisations intending to address any of the activities as outlined in section 2 of the guidelines. At the date of application, applicants must be duly enrolled with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations and must also be compliant with the Voluntary Organisations Act (Cap 492 of the Laws of Malta) and its subsidiary legislation.

Voluntary Organisations which are enrolled with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations (OCVO). Voluntary Organisations which are enrolled with the OCVS with disability and animal welfare as their main objective of operation. Voluntary Organisations which have premises owned or leased by the same
Voluntary Organisation, having utility bills registered in the name of same
Voluntary Organisation.
Application requirements:
Complete the appropriate e-application form;
True copy of the last utility bill for 2025 which is specific to the premises declared as owned or leased by the same VO.
Have already successfully obtained funding with EU/EEA/bilateral funding project with a co-financing element
Application requirements:
e‑application via VO funding portal; upload approval letter, grant agreement, EU application, partner docs, double‑funding declaration & bank details.
Voluntary organisation which is enrolled and compliant with the Office of the Commissioner for the Voluntary Sector
Voluntary Organisations (VOs) enrolled and compliant with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations as per the Voluntary Organisations Act 2018 (Chapter 492 of the Laws of Malta).
Host VO enrolled & compliant with Commissioner for VOs; overseas project experience ≥4 yrs; youth volunteers aged 18‑30, Maltese residents; placement 2 weeks–3 months; max 8 mobilities per VO/year; each youth max twice overall.
Application requirements:
Host VO application online (at least 2 months before mobility); project description, risk management, partner info; accreditation valid one year; contract signed; pre‑placement meeting; post‑placement narrative report & skills card within 2 weeks.
