Artistic Heritage Scheme 2026
The applicant must qualify as one or more from the below categories: • Band Club or a Feast musical society • Fireworks factory • Feast decoration organisation Furthermore, the applicant must be a Voluntary Organisations.
International Participation Scheme 2026
Maltese citizens or be in possession of a Maltese residence permit or of a Maltese citizenship certificate or of a Maltese passport. Entities, groups, collectives and consortia. Registered cooperatives and Voluntary Organisations.
Scheme for the Partial Subsidisation of Bank-Approved Loans for Local Band Clubs
A voluntary organisation enrolled with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations in accordance
with the Voluntary Organisations Act requirements
Arts in Schools Scheme 2026
Open to educational institutions or colleges offering formal education from Early Years Cycle to Tertiary Education. Applicants must be legally authorized representatives and not employees of Arts Council Malta or involved in managing the scheme.
International Cultural Exchanges Scheme 2026
Applicants may be an individual, group or organisation (Maltese citizen or Malta‑based); supports outgoing mobility, international collaborations and promotion.
