Properties located within Urban Conservation Areas (UCAs), or built more than 20 years ago and vacant for more than seven years, or new properties developed in conformity with approved criteria. Applicants must be the owners of the property.

• Photographic evidence of the current state of property.
• Any necessary permits or approvals from relevant authorities.
