Applicants must be first-time buyers acquiring their primary residence. The deed of acquisition must be signed between 1st January 2025 and 31st December 2026. The property must satify one of the following criteria:;
– Within UCA Area;
– Built more than 20 years ago and vacant for over 7 years;
– New properties developed in conformity with approved criteria;

• Proof of payment of the purchase price (e.g., bank statements, receipts).

• Declaration that the applicant has not previously owned any residential property.

Properties located within Urban Conservation Areas (UCAs), or built more than 20 years ago and vacant for more than seven years, or new properties developed in conformity with approved criteria. Applicants must be the owners of the property.
